RETURN FOR REFUND:
To qualify for a refund, request for return instructions must be made within 72
hours of delivery of your original order. Contact
support@godfatherairsoft.com by e-mail prior to returning products.
NO EXCEPTIONS! DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO OUR RETAIL STORES. All items must be returned in new and unused condition and include the original packaging materials included with shipment. All returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee. Returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund less the restocking fee if opened or used. Items inspected and found not to qualify for a refund will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling to/from Godfatherairsoft.com is
non-refundable. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip
must accompany all returns.Expect to receive the refund within three weeks from shipping your return to Godfather Paintball & Airsoft. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our Tech Center, and processing from your bank or credit card company. You will receive your refund in the form of payment that you used. Please keep all shipping receipts until your return is complete.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
All products come with a 30 day warranty to cover
manufacturer defects. Contact
support@godfatherairsoft.com by e-mail immediately upon discovery of defect. Include your order number and detailed description of issues. Tech's will work to first trouble shoot the problem to eliminate user error. Once defect is determined, return instructions will be issued along with an RMA#. Follow instructions to return the item within 2 weeks of issuance of the RMA#. Items received beyond 2 weeks from the date of RMA issuance
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! For your protection, we recommend that you ship your item using a reliable, traceable carrier. Godfather is not responsible for lost packages. An approved RMA# must be issued for every return!

The GF AIRSOFT WARRANTY – THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS
At GF Airsoft we stand behind the products we sell. We purchase our products from manufacturers around the world and even though we test every product we sell, there is a chance that we may have received a defective item from them.
Items (Guns) With a Factory Warranty
Some of the guns we sell come with a warranty directly from the manufacturer. These guns will have a warranty
registration card included in the packaging. If you purchase one of these guns, promptly fill out and return the card to them. Always keep a copy of the registration card for your files.
Unlike other retailers, GF Airsoft offers an additional 60 day limited warranty from the expiration date of the original manufacturers warranty. In order to receive this warranty, you must provide a copy of your original GF purchase receipt and a copy of your completed manufacturers warranty card.
What we cover: GF Airsoft will, at their discretion, repair or replace any part needed to make your gun operational to factory specifications due to any manufacturer defect (As Determined by a Certified GF Airsoft Technician) or replace the item with a new one at no charge to the customer. GF Airsoft will cover shipping charges both ways.
What we do not cover: Any damages from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear,
re-use of BBs, or use of BBs other than as recommended in the gun's user manual ( As Determined by a Certified GF Airsoft Technician). Your gun can be repaired at full retail pricing if you so choose. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Items (Guns) Without a Factory Warranty
If you have purchased a gun (Most China Made) that did not come with a manufacturers warranty, GF Airsoft
will provide an IN-HOUSE 90 day limited warranty from the original purchase date. GF Airsoft is the ONLY U.S. retailer that offers this type of warranty to their customers. In order to receive this warranty, you must provide a copy of your original GF purchase receipt.
What we cover: GF Airsoft will, at their discretion, repair or replace any part needed to make your gun operational to factory specifications due to any manufacturer defect (As Determined by a Certified GF Airsoft Technician) or replace the item with a new one at no charge to the customer. Customer Satisfaction Policy
If you have received an item by mistake or have purchased an item that is not exactly as we have described
it, it may be returned for a full refund or store credit (Less Shipping).
Terms: Any item being returned for a credit/refund must be unused and in its original, unopened
retail packaging. Request for credit/return must be made within 72 hours of receipt from the carrier. For these requests please call (732)529-5550.
Prior to sending any item for warranty repairs or credit/refund you MUST contact the GF Customer Service Department.
