About Us

     GF Airsoft is family 
owned and operated. Founded by Pat Demarzo in 2006, GF Airsoft started out in a 
closet-sized retail space on Rt. 22 in New Jersey - Godfather Paintball. As the 
sport of Airsoft grew, Pat branched out and started to carry more and more
 Airsoft products and accessories.
     Always on the move, and always looking to 
meet his customers needs, Pat has grown the company into the largest Airsoft 
retail store in New Jersey. 
As the company continued to grow, Pat made the move into the online arena and 
is now providing top quality Airsoft guns and equipment to customers
 nationwide.
     The company's newest endeavour is the GF Airsoft Arena. The new 
facility is located in Flemington, New Jersey
 and with it's 7,500sf playing area, is the largest indoor Airsoft field in the 
state. The Arena also features a full retail store on site!

What can you expect as a GF "Family" member?

1. Every
 GF location is staffed by experienced Airsoft players. Our staff members
 have "Hands On" experience with every product that we offer and can
 provide you with an honest assessment of the item(s) you are interested
 in. Whether new to the sport, or an experienced player, our staff can help
 you choose the right equipment for your style of play. Wether or not you
 have purchased from us, our staff is always available to answer any
 questions you may have.

     2. We
 test every product we offer before we put it on our shelves. We only sell
 what we would buy ourselves. We are experts in the products we offer and
 do not try to be everything to everybody.

     3. We
 offer the lowest prices available anywhere. If you find a lower price at
 any other credible U.S.
 Based retailer, we will beat it (Shipping not Included). Just send
 us a link to the web site you found the lower price advertised at.

     4. If
 you are interested in an item we do not have on our web site please give
 us a call. We receive new items everyday and may not have had a chance to
 update the site. If you are interested in something we do not currently
 carry let us know. With our large manufacture base we can get ANY
 Airsoft item for you.

     5. We
 have our own fully stocked warehouse. If we have an item advertised we
 have it in stock. Unlike other retailers we will not charge you for an
 item that is not in stock then make you wait for it.

     6. We
 offer fast shipping. Your order will ship within 2 days of our receiving
 it (Excluding Holidays and Weekends). Our staff double checks every order before it leaves our warehouse
 to make sure you get what you asked for.

     7. Your privacy is one of our top
 priorities. We will NEVER sell or share your personal information
 with anyone. We do not believe in spam as a marketing tool. If you receive
    an email from us it will be in response to; your order, an inquiry you
 have made, or a special discount coupon. We treat spam the same way you
 do, we delete it.

     8. We
 have trained service technicians that can repair or upgrade your
 equipment. If your gun was purchased at one of our locations we will
 install your upgrade for free providing you also purchase the upgrade part
 from us. Depending on the service or upgrade you have requested, we can
 get your gun back to you in as little as 3 days. Please ask our tech for
 an estimated return date when you drop your gun off.


***The GF AIRSOFT WARRANTY***
THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS

     At GF Airsoft we stand behind 
the products we sell. We purchase 
our products from manufactures around the world and even though we test every 
product we sell, there is a chance that we
 may have received a defective item from them.

***Items (Guns) With a Factory Warranty***

     Some of the guns we sell come 
with a warranty directly from the manufacturer. These guns will have a warranty
 registration card included in the packaging. If you purchase one of these guns, 
promptly fill out and return the card to them. Always keep a copy of the
registration card for your files.

     Unlike other retailers, GF
 Airsoft offers an additional 60 day limited warranty from the expiration
 date of the original manufacturers warranty. In order to receive this warranty,
you must provide a copy of your original GF purchase receipt and a copy of your
 completed manufacturers warranty card.

     What we cover: GF Airsoft will, at their discretion, repair or 
replace any part needed to make your gun operational to factory specifications
 due to any manufacturer defect (As Determined by a Certified GF Airsoft Technician) or replace the 
item with a new one at no charge to the customer. GF Airsoft will cover
 shipping charges both ways.

     What we do not cover: Any damages from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, 
re-use of BBs, or use of BBs other than 
as recommended in the gun's user manual ( As Determined by a Certified GF
Airsoft Technician). Your gun can be repaired at full retail pricing if you so 
choose. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.

***Items (Guns) Without a Factory Warranty***

     If you have purchased a gun 
(Most China Made) that did not come with a manufacturers warranty, GF Airsoft 
will provide an IN-HOUSE 90 day limited warranty from the original
 purchase date. GF Airsoft is the ONLY U.S. retailer that offers this type
 of warranty to their customers. In order to receive this warranty, you must
 provide a copy of your original GF purchase receipt.

     What we cover: GF Airsoft will, at their discretion, repair or 
replace any part needed to make your gun operational to factory specifications

***Customer Satisfaction Policy***

     If you have received an item
 by mistake or have purchased an item that is not exactly as we have described 
it, it may be returned for a full refund or store credit (Less Shipping).

     Terms: Any item being returned for a credit/refund must be unused and in its original, unopened 
retail packaging. Request for credit/return must be made within 3 days of
 receipt from the carrier.

     Prior to sending any item for
 warranty repairs or credit/refund you MUST contact the GF Customer 
Service Department.
